Reporting a safety concern, recalls and corrective actions

If a product causes a safety problem, or you believe it is unsafe, email gpsr@sindenventures.com with your order number, the product name or SKU, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos. Please stop using the product until we reply.

We record every report, pass it to the manufacturer, and tell the relevant market surveillance authority where the law requires it. If a product is recalled or subject to a corrective action, we contact affected customers using the details on their order and publish the notice on this page.
